For over 20 years, we’ve put this purpose into practice with programs that use culture, sports, and volunteerism as powerful educational tools — paths that uncover talent, develop values, and broaden horizons.
In the communities where we operate, we mobilize people, connect stories, and nurture care for one another. Each initiative is an opportunity to teach, learn, and grow together.

Our fronts
Tomorrow’s Educator:
Brings active learning methodologies to educators in Uberlândia/MG and Portel/MG to enhance teaching in their classrooms.
Transform:
Strengthens partner NGOs through workshops for children and teenagers during after-school hours and development workshops for social educators.
Talents of the Future:
Prepares youth aged 15 to 29 for the job market and life by developing behavioral and technical skills.
Volunteering:
Encourages our associates to act as volunteers in the communities where they live and work. Over 2,500 people are actively engaged.
